Bookings are from Friday 3pm to Friday 10.00am (except over Christmas & New Year). Contact us if this does not suit you.

Short winter breaks (3 nights) are available from November until March

Payment is by Sterling Cheque or Travellers Cheques: as we are a small business we do not have credit card facilities

A non-returnable deposit of 30% is payable on booking

The balance is payable a month before the holiday starts

On receipt of full payment we will send detailed directions and full particulars of access.

Visitors are advised to consider taking out holiday insurance, as it is not included in the rental

Prices are fully inclusive of all electricity and gas charges

The accommodation is for a maximum of 4 persons and a baby
